Your service agreement
Payment received. Read this and sign it, then you get your intake form and the clock starts.
1. What you are buying
The plan shown on your receipt, delivered as finished digital assets by Google Drive link. Volumes are per cycle and fixed to the plan you purchased.
2. Timing
Delivery is within 48 hours of your completed intake form, not of your payment. If we need something from you and do not have it, that clock is paused.
3. Revisions
One revision round per batch, requested within 7 days of delivery.
4. Your accounts
We never take access to your social accounts, ad accounts or logins, and we do not post or run ads on your behalf. Distribution is yours.
5. Ownership and responsibility
You own the delivered assets. You are responsible for the claims you make and the platform rules you operate under when you publish them.
6. No results guarantee
We guarantee the work, not an outcome. No income, earnings or follower result is promised or implied.
7. Renewals and cancellation
Monthly plans renew automatically on the same date each month and can be cancelled any time before the next renewal.
8. Refunds
Because production begins immediately on intake, refunds are handled under our published refund policy.
