Parties

This agreement is between Sophie Chestnut Ltd, company number 15588183, registered office 26 to 28 Southernhay East, Exeter, Devon, EX1 1NS, United Kingdom, trading as Easy Influencer ("we", "us"), and you, the person named and signing below ("you"). It takes effect on the date you sign it.

1. What you are buying

The plan shown on your receipt, delivered as finished digital assets by Google Drive link to the email on your order. Volumes are per cycle and fixed to the plan you purchased. Ads plans are static image creatives, which may include hook driven, humour and meme formats chosen by us for performance, and do not include video. Content plans are short form video clips and carousels.

2. Your brief starts the clock

After payment you complete one intake form. We aim to deliver within 48 hours for ads plans and 72 hours for content plans, counted in business hours from your completed intake form and not from your payment. If we are waiting on something from you, that clock pauses. Delivery times are targets we work to, not a guarantee, and a delay does not entitle you to a refund, a credit or extra work.

3. Revisions

One revision round per batch, requested within 7 days of delivery.

4. Distribution is yours

We never take access to your social accounts, ad accounts or logins, and we do not post, schedule or run ads on your behalf. Running the assets, and everything that follows from running them, is yours.

5. Ownership and use

On full payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered assets in your own business. You may not resell, repackage or redistribute our assets, prompts, frameworks or templates, or use them to deliver a service to third parties, without our written consent. You are responsible for the claims you make and the platform rules you operate under when you publish.

6. No results guarantee

We guarantee the work and the volume on your plan, not an outcome. No income, revenue, traffic, conversion or follower result is promised or implied. Results depend on your offer, your market, your ad spend and your execution.

7. Billing, renewal and cancellation

One-time plans are charged in full at checkout and complete on delivery. Monthly plans renew automatically every 30 days to the card used at checkout until cancelled. To cancel, email support@easyinfluencer.co at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep any cycle already paid for. All amounts are in US Dollars and you are responsible for any taxes or duties in your jurisdiction.

8. No refunds

Production, AI compute and team time begin within 24 hours of your intake form. The fee is non-refundable in whole or in part, for any reason, including the current cycle at the time of cancellation. This clause survives the end of this agreement.

9. Chargebacks

You expressly waive the right to raise a chargeback, card issuer dispute, payment reversal or processor dispute against us in connection with this fee or these services. Clause 10 is your sole and exclusive remedy, and raising a chargeback is a material breach of this agreement. If you raise one anyway, you agree to repay us on demand the full disputed amount, all chargeback, processor and bank fees, reasonable legal, collection and administration costs, and interest at 1.5% per month accruing daily from the date of the chargeback until paid in full.

10. Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties will first attempt good faith written negotiation for 30 days, then mediation, and finally binding arbitration seated in London, England under the rules of the LCIA before a single arbitrator.

11. General

We act as an independent contractor and nothing here creates a partnership, employment, joint venture or agency. This is the entire agreement between us on its subject matter and replaces all earlier discussions. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in force. No failure to enforce a term is a waiver of it. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control. This agreement may be signed electronically and an electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one. Formal notices must be sent by email to support@easyinfluencer.co and to your email of record, and are deemed received on the next business day.
